NOTICE OF ACCORD

Notice is hereby given that I have reached an Accord with the Rev. Zebulun Treloar, a priest formerly canonically resident in the Diocese of Kentucky and presently canonically resident in the Diocese of Connecticut, which was signed on March 31, 2026 and became effective on April 3, 2026. The Accord results from allegations of facts that may constitute breaches of the Standards of Conduct under Canons IV.4.1.h.1 and IV.4.1.h.9. The terms of the Accord include temporary restrictions of ministry and other measures intended to promote healing, repentance, forgiveness, restitution, justice, amendment of life and reconciliation.
