Loading...This past year several members of the diocese's Peace and Justice Division participated in a program called JustFaith, which is designed to encourage and empower participants to "become agents of God's compassion and healing in a wounded and broken world."
As we studied issues of concern we became better prepared to address these issues and our commitment to God's call grew. We now want to introduce the program to all members of our diocese and hope you will prayerfully consider participating in or hosting a JustFaith group next year.
On August 14 at 9 a.m. (EDT), a staff member of JustFaith will present a three-hour workshop at St. Matthews Church, 330 N. Hubbards Lane, Louisville, which will explain the program and demonstrate some elements of a JustFaith group meeting.
The fee for the workshop is $20. If you are interested in attending the workshop or joining a JustFaith group, contact Mary Abrams at meabrams@bellsouth.net.
