Parish is conducting design competition

Diocesan News & Publications

St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Louisville is conducting a design competition for an artistic creation to fill the space between the parish's organ pipes in its worship area.

Picture from St Pauls Website showing the blank wallAs a signature work, the artistic work will be a dramatic, dynamic focal point of the worship space, and it will serve as an attraction, in and of itself. St. Paul's is asking artists to review information about the parish, and provide it with a design concept. The parish will award up to $25,000 for the creation and installation of the work. The church is hopeful that the completed artistic work will be installed by the end of July.

Details about the competition may be found by uploading the parish's "Request for Design Concept."
