Loading...Christ Episcopal Church in Bowling Green is seeking a full-time Youth Director.
Founded in 1844, Christ Church is a unified and accepting congregation. It is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, a city of more than 50,000, home to a large regional university, and the medical and artistic cultural center of south central Kentucky. Christ Church seeks a goal-oriented individual who possesses a love of teenagers, strong administrative and communication skills, an appreciation for Episcopal liturgy and tradition, and will serve as a catalyst for spiritual growth.
The youth director will develop relationships with all youth members and families, recruit & train volunteers, infuse energy and creativity into youth ministry, meet with the Youth Ministry Renovation Team, and manage the annual youth ministry budget. The Youth Director is supported by a part-time Youth Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a college degree. Theological training and youth ministry experience is preferred but not required.
