Don't forget to join people of faith around the world tonight who will be participating in an Earth Day Eve event, "Hope for Creation: A Live Simulcast Event" on the spiritual response to environmental protection. Two Louisville Episcopal churches have planned programs.

Tomorrow is the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day observance. The simulcast was produced by Blessed Earth from Kentucky's Asbury College. Churches across the United States and as far away as Uruguay, South Africa and the United Kingdom are participating.

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 2233 Woodbourne Ave., and St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 330 N. Hubbards Lane, are both participating in the program. The simulcast begins at 7:30 p.m. (ET). The simulcast is a part of St. Andrew's regular Wednesday evening program, which begins weekly with worship at 5:30 followed by dinner at 6 and a program.
