Loading...Interfaith Paths to Peace will have a screening of local filmmaker Michael Kessler's movie "The History of the Future" on Saturday, Feb. 27 at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Louisville. The screening will be followed by a discussion of the film and a Hootenany (sing-a-long).
The screening will begin at 6:15 p.m. (ET). St. Matthew's is located at 330 N. Hubbards Lane. Light refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public. Donations to cover the cost of the refreshments are welcome!

"The History of the Future" is a world peace documentary based on the idea that the information explosion begun in 1950 has made our present reality belief systems obsolete. It has also created the means to create a constitutional, democratic, environmentally compatible, advanced global nation to end hunger, poverty, pollution and war forever. Based on the works of Albert Einstein and Buckminster Fuller, the documentary demonstrates how an individual can and does play a vital role in the formation of a future of planetary peace and prosperity. After the film, there will be a discussion of the film and the next step.
The evening will conclude with a hootenanny led by the documentary's producer and songwriter, Michael Kessler. Feel free to bring instruments and your singing voice.
