School of Ministry November 16, 2012

There will be a Diocesan Discernment Day on December 1st, 10:00 am to2:30 pm at All Saints Center.

The Diocesan Discernment Day is intended to provide information for individuals discerning a call to the diaconate or the priesthood and for spouses/partners to learn more about ordained ministry.

There is no cost for this conference.  Fill out the application form and have it signed by your rector/vicar, and return it by the November 27th deadline.

Topics discussed will include:

  • What is discernment?
  • What is ordained ministry?
  • What do deacons and priests do?
  • How are deacons and priests formed in the Diocese of Kentucky?
  • What are the steps in the ordination process?
